There was so much intention woven into this wedding at Long Hollow Gardens—from thoughtful nods to the groom’s Japanese heritage to incredible vegan cuisine options, a dance floor that somehow never seemed to slow down, and of course, Polaroid table numbers. Knowing the Bride’s style so well, I had a lot of freedom to shoot film with my Holga. What made it even more meaningful for me, though, was standing on the other side of the camera for a bride whose work I have admired for years. We’ve photographed for each other for years and there truly are no words for how humbling it is when someone so talented trusts you with memories this important.
